A great product is only valuable if customers know it exists. Promotion is about communicating with your audience to raise awareness and encourage them to take action. This could include online advertising, social media, email campaigns, print ads, or even word-of-mouth strategies—all tailored to reach your customers effectively.
People are often the face of your business, interacting directly with customers. Whether it’s answering queries, handling complaints, or completing transactions, how your team engages with customers leaves a lasting impression. With proper training and the right attitude, your people can become one of your business’s most valuable assets.
The customer journey, from enquiry to purchase, needs to be seamless. Processes ensure smooth operations behind the scenes, including managing lead times, setting expectations, and delivering a positive experience. When done well, good processes build trust and improve customer satisfaction.
Physical evidence gives customers a tangible sense of the quality of your product or service. For in-person businesses, this could be the cleanliness of your store or the professionalism of your staff. Online, it might be reviews, website usability, or clear delivery information.
